Operator and contact
Inland Dock Connect’s inquiry website is operated by Daniel Gaskins. For questions, corrections, or deletion requests, email danielgaskins99@gmail.com or call (840) 246-7050. The planned service operation is in preparation; provider routing is not active.
Information you provide
The form collects your name, company, phone, email, facility city, requested service, urgency, problem description, optional facility address and equipment count, contact consent, and campaign attribution. Provide only information needed for the inquiry. Avoid sensitive personal information.
Purpose and sharing
Information is used to review your inquiry and, when routing is active, refer it to an independent contractor who may contact you about that request. Inland Dock Connect may receive a referral fee. Submission is not an appointment, dispatch confirmation, quote, or repair contract. Requests are not offered as unrelated marketing lists.
Contact consent
The checkbox records your request for contact by phone or email about this specific inquiry. It does not authorize unrelated marketing. Automated marketing calls or texts are not enabled by the form.
Website measurement
The site records page paths, campaign source and medium, referring website hostname, and events such as phone-link clicks, form visits, and planner downloads. A random session identifier and attribution are held in your browser’s session storage. Measurement is skipped when the browser reports Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. No advertising pixels or session replay are used. Query text and referrer page paths are not recorded in website events. Campaign attribution can be attached to an inquiry you submit.
Storage and access
Requests and events are stored in the hosted database. The operator inbox requires a private credential. A salted hashed network identifier is used for abuse prevention; raw IP addresses are not stored by these APIs. The hosting and account sign-in infrastructure may maintain its own technical logs or cookies.
Retention and deletion
Website events older than 90 days are removed when new measurement events are accepted. The operator reviews unconverted inquiry records after 12 months and removes them when they are no longer needed. Records relating to completed coordination, billing, or disputes may be kept as needed for recordkeeping. Contact the operator above to request correction or deletion. Planner entries stay in the page unless you download them or choose to submit an inquiry.
Service relationship
Independent contractors confirm their qualifications, availability, pricing, scope and service terms. Review and authorize the proposed work directly with the contractor. The website does not guarantee a repair outcome or response time. For immediate assistance during pre-opening, contact an established repair company directly.
